For New Employees
Welcome to St. Luke's
We're humbled and grateful you have decided to support our mission as a part of our team. Congratulations on your new role! We're incredibly proud of our organization and the caring employees who are the heart of St. Luke’s. Let's get started!
Getting Started with St. Luke's

After you accepted your offer of employment, your recruiter sent instructions outlining the tasks you must complete prior to your first day. These tasks may vary slightly depending on your role, but you may be expected to:
- Complete a voluntary self-identification form
- Complete tasks assigned as required (based on role)
- Complete an employee health screening and background check
- Important: Please complete the two-step I-9 verification process as soon as possible.
- Step 1 is submitting an online form, found in your Onboarding steps on the St. Luke's Careers site.
- Step 2 is a video call or in person visit to verify your physical documents.
- Please contact the HR Service Center at (208) 381-4357, option 2 with questions or to schedule Step 2.
- We encourage you to complete this before your start date; both steps must be completed no later than your third working day.
- Secure a St. Luke’s identification badge; all employees are required to wear a St. Luke's-issued badge while at work. Please see instructions from your recruiter on how to get your St. Luke's badge.
- Review all communications from your talent recruiter and watch for your New Employee Orientation (NEO) invitation via email the week before your start date.
You may also receive additional information via email regarding new employee orientation, department-specific information, etc.
Any questions should be directed to your recruiter or the St. Luke’s Human Resource Service Center at (208) 381-4357, ext. 2 or email us.
