About St. Luke's Clinic – Breast and General Surgery: Meridian
The team at St. Luke's Clinic – Breast and General Surgery offers you expertise in the latest, most effective breast cancer surgery procedures along with compassion and the highest quality care. We also work closely with oncologists at St. Luke's Cancer Institute to ensure continuity in your care.
Our surgeons perform the full spectrum of breast cancer surgery including lumpectomy/partial mastectomy along with skin and nipple sparing mastectomies. We also have expertise in sentinel lymph node biopsy procedures for breast cancer and melanoma. We work closely with St. Luke's plastic and reconstructive surgeons when appropriate to achieve optimal cosmetic and functional results. In some cases, we are able to provide breast reconstruction at the same time as your breast cancer surgery.
In addition to the surgical care of breast cancer and melanoma, we perform many common outpatient general surgical procedures including diagnostic and therapeutic lymph node surgery, excision of soft tissue masses/lumps, inguinal and umbilical hernia repairs, and laparoscopic gallbladder removal.
