Stages of the Journey

Did you know that experts recommend preparing for pregnancy one to three months before conception? That’s because a healthy pregnancy begins with a healthy mom. With a little planning, you can eliminate a lot of the fear and worry that can accompany the early stages of pregnancy.
Supporting Every Path to Parenthood
Opting for the Nurse-Midwife Experience
Personal Care in a Hospital Setting
Our certified nurse-midwives are advanced-practice registered nurses who have specialized training in both nursing and midwifery. A nurse-midwife functions as the primary care provider for a woman and her baby during pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Midwives most often provide care for healthy women whose pregnancies are uncomplicated and not high risk. They work closely with a physician at every stage of your pregnancy.
Adoption and Surrogacy Program
Compassionate Support for All Parties
St. Luke’s is dedicated to supporting all parties involved in an infant adoption or surrogacy arrangement with compassion and sensitivity. Our doctors, nurses, and staff are trained in the complexity of adoption and surrogacy, and are committed to respecting the unique needs of birth parents, intended and prospective parents, surrogates, and the babies who connect them.
