How to Provide Feedback
At St. Luke's, your feedback is important to us. We encourage you, your family, and your caregivers to share observations, voice concerns and compliments, or recommend changes.
Medication Information
Please speak with your provider at each visit to make sure your prescriptions are up to date. When you need to refill your prescriptions, you can request them directly through your myChart account, if you have one.
You can also request a refill by contacting your pharmacy, who will then contact your provider’s office for verification and approval. For patient safety, narcotics cannot be refilled outside of office hours. Talk with your provider before your prescription runs out, and please allow 48 hours for refills.
