PLACEHOLDER
Blood and Marrow Transplants, Close to Home
The Blood and Marrow Transplant (BMT) and Hematologic Malignancies program at St. Luke’s Cancer Institute is the first and only one of its kind in Idaho. Our patients receive the region’s most advanced therapies, with the benefit of care close to home.
Studies show that patient outcomes in community transplant programs, such as St. Luke’s Cancer Institute - Center for Blood Cancer Therapy, are equal to those at academic medical centers. Moreover, our patients tell us that their quality of life is better because they’re able to stay close to home and family. We are committed to working with patients and physicians throughout every stage of the transplant process, and to returning patients home as soon as possible.
