Cardio-Oncology Program
Caring for Your Heart Through Cancer Treatment
Cardio-oncology focuses on protecting heart health during and after cancer treatment. Many cancer therapies can affect the heart—sometimes during treatment, sometimes years later. Our cardio-oncology team specializes in preventing, diagnosing, and managing these effects to support both patients and survivors.
Our team includes a dedicated physician, nurse practitioner, pharmacist, registered nurse, medical assistant, and program coordinator. Together, and in close partnership with our oncology team, they provide timely, comprehensive care. We also collaborate with cardio-oncology experts at the University of Washington and the University of Utah to stay current on the latest research and best practices.
If you have heart disease or are at high risk—and are undergoing cancer treatment or are a survivor—you may benefit from our cardio-oncology program.
