Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Expertise
Symptom Management for Patients with HCM
People with HCM can have a variety of symptoms. Our goal is to make you feel better so you can lead an active lifestyle by targeting symptoms attributed to HCM.
Risk Assessment for Sudden Cardiac Death (SCD)
We provide a comprehensive assessment of family history, cardiac imaging findings and heart monitor results. We work closely with radiologists to identify high-risk features commonly found on cardiac magnetic resonance imaging.
First-Degree Family Member Screening
Because HCM is a heritable condition, it is imperative to screen all first-degree family members. We provide cardiac assessment and/or genetic testing to identify family members who may have the condition. Our cardiologist is experienced in counseling and interpreting these test results.
