Peripheral Artery Disease Program
Empowering You to Walk Stronger and Live Healthier
Peripheral artery disease (PAD) can cause leg pain during walking and increase the risk of heart attack, stroke, and limb loss—but it’s treatable.
At St. Luke’s, our lifestyle medicine team offers a comprehensive 12-week program designed to help you manage PAD and improve your quality of life. Through supervised exercise, personalized education, and support from a team of medical professionals—including dietitians, therapists, social workers, and diabetes educators—we help you reduce symptoms, lower risk factors, and walk with greater ease and confidence.

We'll empower you with knowledge and skills to help you achieve better overall health and greater quality of life.
