Take Charge of Your Breast Health
At St. Luke’s, we’re committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive breast care—and to empowering you to be an active partner in your own health. From education and self-exams to annual screenings, we believe that informed patients are their own best advocates.
Early detection is key. When breast cancer is found early, it’s often highly treatable and offers the best chance for long-term survival. That’s why it’s important to understand your personal risk, recognize symptoms, and know when to begin screening.
Our team offers a full range of breast screening and prevention services, using the latest tools and guidelines to support your health at every step.
Breast Screening Recommendations
The American College of Radiology and National Comprehensive Cancer Network recommend annual 3D screening mammography beginning at age 40 for those at average risk for breast cancer.

Financial Assistance for Mammograms
If you have limited income and are uninsured or underinsured, you may be eligible for financial assistance to help with the costs of screening mammography or diagnostic studies of the breast. Every month, we provide financial assistance to approximately 50 qualified women through several grant programs.

American College of Radiology Accreditation
St. Luke’s Medical Imaging departments are accredited by the American College of Radiology (ACR) in CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and nuclear medicine. ACR accreditation assures you that our imaging facilities have undergone a rigorous review process and meet nationally accepted standards of care.
