The program is open to anyone who wants to quit smoking, vaping or chewing. It’s an intensive intervention that provides:
- One-on-one health coaching and behavioral support by phone
- Help identifying triggers, developing an action plan, setting a quit date, and avoiding relapse
- A personalized medication plan with guidance and follow-up
- Ongoing support for at least 12 months after quitting
