Recreational Therapy
PLACEHOLDER
Recreational therapy plays an important role in your recovery after an injury. It will guide you back into the community and help you feel more comfortable, confident, and help you enjoy life. Recreational therapists will work with your care team during your inpatient stay in preparing you for home.
We also offer community-based therapies: the Bridge Program; Wellness with Water, Neuro Group; and Wellness with Water, One on One. No prior patient history with St. Luke's is required.
St. Luke’s Bridge Program
This community-based rehabilitation program is designed for people of all ages recovering from neurological injuries (brain injury, spinal cord injury, stroke, or other neurological condition). The mission of the Community Bridge Program is to restore a level of independence in your community and home environment, while promoting health and wellness through increased participation in meaningful activities.
