Services are free and available to inpatient and outpatient school-aged children seen at St. Luke’s Children’s.
About the School
- Direct academic instruction for K-12th grades
- School transition services/peer presentations
- Curriculum development
- Coordination of homebound services
- Assistance with school re-integration
- Development of 504 accommodation plans and/or individualized education plans
- Parent training on school processes and continuity of academic programs
- District in-service training
- Service as a liaison between the hospital and school
