General Illness Visit
St. Luke's offers on-demand virtual care services depending on your symptoms. We can even offer same-day or next-day medication delivery, if appropriate for your care.
Virtual care services are available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Friday and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekends.
You can simply log in to your MyChart account (or proceed as a guest if you're age 18 or older), answer a few questions about your symptoms, and begin a virtual visit with the next available St. Luke's provider. You may still have to wait a bit, as you would at an in-person urgent care clinic, but you'll be waiting wherever you choose.
Note: you must be physically located in Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, or California at the time of your virtual care call.
Please review these instructions to ensure your visit goes smoothly.
