Troubleshooting Your MyChart App Video Visit

  • Choppy or delayed video? Close any unnecessary apps or programs. Video visits require processing power, and freeing up system resources can improve streaming quality.
  • Video window closed unexpectedly? You can rejoin the visit by tapping the Begin Visit button until the end of your scheduled appointment.
  • Having trouble launching the visit? If you're using Safari or another browser with a popup blocker, temporarily disable it in your settings to allow the video window to open.
